Method
- Pop the popcorn using your preferred method and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the cannabutter (and regular butter, if using) gently over low heat until fully melted. Do not overheat.
- Slowly drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn while tossing to coat evenly.
- Add salt and any additional seasonings, tossing again to distribute.
- Portion into bowls and consume intentionally, starting with a small serving.
Notes
Dosing will vary depending on the potency of your cannabutter. Start with a small serving (2.5–5 mg THC) and wait at least 60–90 minutes before consuming more. Label clearly and keep out of reach of children and pets. For adults 21+ where cannabis is legal.
